Music: Wilson Yoko – The Happy Song [Prod by TheMystic]
Wilson Yoko is a singer, painter, multi-instrumentalist and an actor based in Jos who hails from Rivers State, Nigeria.
He was inspired to write and record The Happy Song in December 2019.
“I was not in a happy situation when The Happy Song came. In fact, my family and I were passing through great trials at the birth of the song. So much of insecurity, social and political crises, and inhumanity going on. All these have proven that love is lacking in our world today.” He said
The Happy Song is for the faint hearted. It is a song for every person around the world who has lost every reason to be happy. However, sometimes, we have to encourage ourselves believing, trusting and hoping that in a short while, we will rise in praise. “The test of true joy is not in the absence of challenges, but in our ability to maintain joy even in the midst of our deepest pain”.
